Snehashish, Denave’s Global Chief Executive Officer, spearheads the strategic goals of the company while being instrumental in building the company’s future roadmap.
He founded Denave 23 years ago with a vision to to fill the void in the industry of a service provider that can provide end-to-end sales enablement solutions with clear focus on revenue acceleration, ROI optimization and measurable impact. In his role, he has a clear focus on operational excellence, innovation, expansion and profitability.
In his initial years at Denave, Snehashish established the services delivery model at Denave. He also spearheaded the creation of a remote services model to overcome geographical boundaries and led the company’s foray into global markets.
The company currently has delivery centers in Noida, Singapore, London and Kuala Lumpur reaching over 5 continents, 50+ countries and 500+ cities globally. Snehashish’s primary focus is to create the world’s largest tech-driven sales enablement company, influencing sales across the world for at least next 100 years.
Apart from Denave, Snehashish has also co-founded India’s largest SME buying club- Power2SME, a B2B e-commerce company amongst few other profitable co-founded ventures.
Prior to laying the foundation of Denave in 1999, Snehashish has worked with multi nationals like Wipro and Microsoft where he gathered a wealth of business and technology experience. He has handled sales and marketing responsibilities in these companies in multiple capacities.
With continuous innovation being his prime idea of success, Denave has also been recognised globally on various industry platforms for its innovative pursuits in the sales domain.
With a diverse experience of over 29 years, Sunil’s career has been focused on driving transformational change and delivering sales enablement solutions spanning across 5 continents, 23 countries and 500+ cities globally and driving revenues for the largest conglomerates in the world.
As the CEO-APAC, Sunil is responsible for spearheading the rapid transformation of the firm. Sunil has employed a broad range of strategies to grow the APAC market, which now forms 80% of Denave’s total revenue. He has played an instrumental role in establishing horizontal growth of sales enablement services cutting across complex industries.
Under his leadership, Denave’s revenue grew exponentially from marquee clients spanning across sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT hardware, Digital wallets, ecommerce, FMCG, and more.
Prior to joining Denave, Sunil held various leadership positions in leading organizations in Office Automation, Telecom, Software, and BPO space. In his past roles, he focused on sales operations, strategic initiatives and exploring new market opportunities. An industry veteran, Sunil has won numerous accolades for his contribution to the industry and has been featured in leading business dailies.
With an experience of over 20 years in the telesales industry, Dharma is the Country Director of Denave’s Malaysia operations. He is a strategic contributor in business planning, setting the future roadmap of Denave Malaysia and to build strength and capabilities as per business requirement.
Dharma’s past stints have been with established companies such as Juniper Networks, ServiceSource, HP Software, TeleDirect, Cisco Systems etc., gaining a wide array of experience in sales management, stakeholder management, strategy planning, account management, revenue generation and judicious utilization of resources.
Over 25+ years’ experience in APAC & India handling sales, marketing (channel & retail), business development roles, M P Narayanachar joined Denave Singapore in year 2011. Responsible for Denave’s expansion in the region, he has been driving the growth by bringing new logos and handling overall business management for the region.
Prior to joining Denave, he was with Publicis Group (Solutions Digitas / Razorfish) in Singapore as Regional Program Director & later as domain expert in Retail & Trade Marketing Services. His past experience also includes working in IT distribution role and retail marketing, apart from being the driving force behind HP’s foray into digital photography / photo printer’s business in India.
Being adept at leading change management practices and seamlessly accomplishing large business transformations, Geeta heads Denave’s Transformation agenda globally. This essentially entails creating the directional framework for the business in line with its vision. Her innate ability to grasp varying business complexities, challenging market dynamics and diversified business needs across geos, markets, sectors help her define the right business model for Denave’s operational centres and service portfolio. She plays the key role in mapping company’s capabilities and syncing it with the business objectives of piloting new services, exploring new opportunities, and supporting program stabilization efforts. In a career spanning 23+ years across distinct geos (India, UK, Singapore and Malaysia), she has held several leading positions in diverse businesses and sectors from IT to Hospitality.
She commenced her career with Microsoft Corporation (Delhi) and subsequently moved to Ahmedabad (Gujarat), where she led stakeholder management efforts working with groups having development and operational interests in the hospitality segment. Over the years, as a part of her general management and strategy roles, she has successfully set-up pragmatic work cultures, managed multidimensional disciplines, worked with cross-functional teams and has been exposed to complexities and challenges of businesses and market dynamics.
From being awarded ‘Excellence in Operations’ at Microsoft Global Summit to end-to-end project management of two Greenfield projects replete with renewable energy implementation, she has been instrumental in creating elite multi-social sales groups, channelising innovation and emerging technologies into building business solutions to scale. An alumni of Lady Shri Ram Collage (LSR), Delhi University she loves reading books in her free time.
Ritu, as the Global Head of Business Development is responsible for managing and expanding the clientele portfolio and diversifying the Business Development engine globally. She manages the high-performance GAM function to grow the business with the key global accounts and spearheading strategic alignments at the global level. She is also responsible for managing the Solutions & Research function at Denave which is mandated to drive market research & consultative discussions to provide the right sales solutions to the customers, as well as to identify & evaluate potential innovative service lines & geographic expansion areas for Denave, in line with the dynamic market eco-system.
She has many contributions to her credit, from managing the operations of B2B/Retail/Distribution sales operations, to building new services lines for Denave and over the last 5 years, driving the business development & key account management engine at Denave. Prior to Denave, she has worked in B2B, Distribution & Retail Sales operations roles with leading brands in the IT Industry.
Backed by the 17 years of industry experience across diverse business verticals and geographies in leadership positions, Monney spearheads the Global Transition and Quality charter at Denave. He is responsible for smooth migration of projects from concept stage to the implementation stage along with key stake holders while taking care of critical quality vectors. This entails building engagement platforms across geographies for process standardization and also adherence to global policies and standards.
Prior to Denave, Monney has worked with brands like ICICI PRUDENTIAL, Max life insurance among others where he has held key leadership positions in channel management, corporate sales and sales management. In his last assignment with Power2SME, he was responsible for complete business operations handling P/L responsibilities for a vertical.
Backed with over 21+ years of experience, Boba in his current role is Business Head- APAC and Global Director of Key Account at Denave. In this profile, he also plays a significant role in managing accounts for key clients globally. He also focuses upon going Denave APAC and Europe portfolio through various service lines. His extensive experience comprises of his stints in various capacities across functions like Client Servicing, Digital Transformation Strategy (Cloud Solutions), Sales & Operations, Inside Sales, Renewals and Business Development.
Prior to joining Denave, Boba had been associated with industry names like Daksh (Concentrix), Ebookers/Intelenet and Flipkart in various profiles. Boba is also a sports enthusiast and an avid follower of football and F1 and loves to run & play games in his free time.
Joy leads the charter to scale and grow the Business Analytics and Intelligent Data Services business lines, and also is responsible for Denave’s Technology enablement portfolio of products and solutions for the company.
With over 25 years of experience, Joy has worked in various executive leadership roles in IT, Telecom, Human Capital, and Sustainable Mobility domains, and has also been on the board and in advisory roles to startups, conglomerates, and PE/VC companies.
Having worked in large, well-established multi-national setups, as well as, in startups, Joy brings in a balanced approach to working with small dynamic teams to develop innovative solutions, as well as, implementing well-developed processes for seamless and repeatable operational excellence. Having a blend of business acumen and technology expertise, his strengths are in evaluating and validating market and technology trends, drawing up strategic growth plans including identifying new and profitable areas of business and geo expansion priorities, leading sales/business development efforts, forging successful business alliances and partnerships, and articulating and positioning an organization’s value-proposition in industry and government forums.
Joy holds a Master of Sciences degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
