Inside Sales Account Manager - Korea

Responsibilities:

Sales exposure

  • Experience in cloud selling
  • Sales and account management experience within the IT industry
  • Ensuring that the sales opportunities are successfully managed through the sales process up to the 100% Close/Deploy stage.

Experience In Handing Account

  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products, license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
  • Convert client leads to sales opportunities through customer relationship
  • Build and maintain the relationship with key decision makers within assigned child accounts with documented account plans.
  • Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Post Graduate

Required Skillsets

  • Experience with a sales and account management background
  • Experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate with people across all levels

Language Expertise

  • English and Korean

Total Experience

  • 2 – 5 years

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years

Any additional information

  • Awareness and knowledge of the IT/telecoms products, services, and market.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines.
  • Business communication skills both, verbal and written English and Korean languages.
