Program Manager-Inside Sales

Job description

Manage the telesales engine for lead generation. Set and drive lead generation and lead acceptance targets. Identify and hire strong team members within timelines. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team targets. Conduct call listening and team coaching sessions. Handle triangulation calls as required. Manage partner engagement and relationships. Conduct weekly reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Manage pipeline and ensure ROI delivery. Coordinate with Training, HR, Tech, and other teams. Own and manage program P&L.

Experience Essential

Experience in end-to-end program management.
Strong client management experience.
Experience in team handling and people management.
Ability to manage pipeline and drive ROI.
Experience in managing program P&L.
Good exposure to AWS Cloud business and services.

Job Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end demand generation for AWS Cloud tele-sales programs.
Design and execute sales strategies with continuous process improvements.
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve targets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing.
Conduct area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closures.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and customer relationships.
Take proactive ownership in solving business and customer challenges.
Support team objectives and drive overall business growth.
Conduct training and skill enhancement sessions for inside sales agents.
