Handle SMB Customers so as to generate sales revenue. Should be proficient in handling conversations with business clients.
Should have good understanding of Sales and has preferably handled SME/SMB accounts earlier
Develop a database of qualified leads from the data assigned through telephone canvassing and cold calling etc.
Cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
Experience of working Inbound/ Outbound sales & experienced to make 80+ Outbound calls in a day
Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects so as to generate sales revenue.
Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Graduate (Technical graduate would be preferred)
Min 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales
Good knowledge and understating of Computer Hardware
Fluency in Hindi/English is a must
