Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Cloud Demand Generation

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end -to -end Demand generation motion for Cloud services, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales with a clear focus on impacting sales outcome
  • Design Strategies on program approach, ensure effective execution & focus on continuous process enhancements
  • Ensure optimal synergy between the key DG elements i.e Business Insights  & Analytics, Digital Marketing & Telesales motion to  effectively achieve program outcome
  • Drive a team of energetic inside sales team selling enterprise cloud with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling and Digital Marketing.
  • Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the team achieve its larger objectives.
  • Training and enhancement for inside sales agents
  • Design and implement Digital Marketing framework to find the next customer

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 10-15 years of total work experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in leading team of Cloud Inside sales specialists. Minimum 2  years of experience in driving end-to-end Demand Generation motion, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales
