Job Responsibilities
• Leading global demand generation programs from concept to execution, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, and delivering measurable ROI and service level profitability.
• Contribution to the company's overall revenue growth objectives.
• Utilizing a combination of digital outreach and human-led operations, supported by intelligent data, advanced technology platforms, analytics, and insights to enhance clients' marketing and sales impact.
• Proficiency in managing complex sales cycle operations for a range of products and services, targeting Enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients.
• Leveraging strategies such as ideal customer profiling, sales propensity mapping, customer intent generation, efficient marketing mix usage, and omnichannel strategies.
• Maximizing user experience through best-of-breed technology platforms, streamlining sales operations, and focusing on reducing CPQ (Cost Per Quote) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) while increasing project ROI.
