We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team and be part of the Adobe campaign which we successfully manage currently. This customer support role is a Software Asset Management campaign targeting current customers for Adobe surrounding their current software licenses within that business. These customers have a contract with Adobe and we are supporting, educating and keeping them compliant with their current contract and license requirements for their organisation.
The candidate will be required to educate and tailor each company to its own unique license requirements for Adobe software subscription products, overall making sure they are compliant with the current T's and C's of their contract.
Experience Essential
- Customer Service or Support experience is a must
- Knowledge of working with a CRM is also a must
- Compliance and Licensing knowledge is ideal however not essential
- Background working in the technology industry again is advantageous but not essential
Job Responsibilities
- Contacting organizations to understand their requirements surrounding Adobe software licenses
- Contacting customers via telephone/email to ensure they are fully complied with Adobe software/licenses T’s and C’s
- Adobe license gap identification and new license requirement Assuring each organisation has the correct number of Adobe licenses for their current products used
- Customer support focused
- Revenue generation is the main aim

- Adherence to processes and standards consistent with industry operational frameworks: Planning Management, Relationship
- Continual training and development to ensure a good degree of knowledge of the client’s general product portfolio and a high degree of knowledge of the specific technology platform
