Job description

    Partner with the Functional Directors to drive the people agenda to deliver business results. People Cycle implementation. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage KRA setting and performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assist with conceptualizing & implementing engagement programs, processes and initiatives that maximize people's effectiveness. Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues.


Experience Essential

    5+ years of expereince into HRBP



Job Responsibilities

    •    Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle (ELC) for regional employees, ensuring a smooth HR experience.
    •    Employee Connect:
    •    Conducting Skip Level meetings
    •    One-on-One connects with employees
    •    Surveys
    •    Welfare Program
    •    Grievance handling
    •    Providing training and education to managers and frontline staff on performance management processes and concepts.
    •    Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time processing of Confirmations and Performance appraisals.
    •    Collaborating with the technology department for HR Process Automation.
    •    Taking charge of resource management and employee pool management.
