Tele-Account-Manager (TAM) would be responsile for profiling, identifing and attracting new customers with extended duties to maintaining and grow current customer accounts.
Experience Essential
- Educational Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate
- Required Skillsets : Experience within a sales and account management background
- Experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels
- Azure selling is must
- Language Expertise :Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Total Experience : 5-8Years
- Relevant Experience : 2-3Years
Job Responsibilities
- Sales exposure : Requirement for experienced Tele-Callers for IN in the software solution space
- Preference given to candidates with past Lead-Gen IT Sales exposure in Security, backup, server, storage, Routers
- Exposure in Inside-Sales or Channel-Sales from Software/Technology Sales background
- Understanding of IT Industry & Channel Sales while working with External Stakeholders (i.e. Distributors, Partners, Resellers etc).
- Experience In Handing Account : Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products, license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
- Responsible for conducting internet search to find alternate number on un-profiled accounts
- Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements
- Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets allocated. Taking part in the reviews as per defined TAT
