Experience Essential

    • Educational Qualification :Minimum Diploma holder or higher
    • Language Expertise :Native Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin
    • Total Experience :Minimum 6 months – 1 year of customers service experience


Job Responsibilities

    • Native Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin
    • Male/Female, minimum 21 years old and above
    • Minimum Diploma holder or higher
    • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of customers service experience
    • Able to work in shift hours
    • Listening to the customers' needs and updating accordingly in CRM
    • Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate fluently over the phone
    • Excellent negotiations skills
    • Excellent relationship management skills with existing partners
