Inside Sales Representative (Taiwan/HongKong)

Job description

The Inside Sales Specialist – B2B Sales - Mid-Market will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our channel partners and customers, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the mid-market segment.

Experience Essential

1. Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or partner management, preferably in IT hardware sales.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry while working independently and managing multiple priorities effectively.
4. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong hunger for sales and a relentless focus on achieving targets.
5. Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners and customers within the mid-market segment to drive mutual growth and success.
 
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
 
3. Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of established targets and KPIs.
 
4. Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
 
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align resources and provide comprehensive support for partner sales initiatives, contributing to the successful closure of deals with end users.
 
6. Maintain strong productivity levels to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals.
