The primary objective of this role is to drive end-to-end demand generation motion for Tele services, Analytics, and Telesales, with a clear focus on achieving relevant sales outcome. The candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills as he will be the point of contact for Sales team. A proven track record of sales management or team management success will be preferred. Experience with the specific products or the industry associated is desired.

• Sales target setting and Quota setting, including KPI attainment.
