Engage with unmanaged/managed accounts to Generate SQL (Sales Qualified Leads)via Demand Generation for Software Development Solution
Experience Essential
- Educational Qualification : B.Tech/BCA (preferred)
- Required Skillsets : Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge Cloud Computing and Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management, understanding of open-source software
- Responsible for conducting internet search to find alternate number on un-profiled accounts
- Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets allocated
- Language Expertise :Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Total Experience : 5-8Years
- Relevant Experience : 2-3Years
Job Responsibilities
- Sales exposure : Consultative sales and account management experience within the IT industry specifically solution selling.
- Depth selling and understanding of organization is must
- Will be responsible for building relationship with the customers and answering sales queries through phone and email.
- Process leads according to Customer service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Will be responsible for outbound calls on Database allocated as per set targets
- Perform 60+ outbound calls a day while handling inbound calls and effectively managing follow-up tasks
