Job description

This role is a critical hire for our expansion in the SEA market. As our Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the part of the company in Thailand, bridging the gap between our global B2B SaaS strategy and local execution. You’ll be responsible for everything from high-touch executive events to building a vibrant local community through partnerships and social media. This role requires a unique blend of logistical precision, creative copywriting, and high-level networking. You will ensure all regional activities align with our broader demand generation and brand awareness goals.

Experience Essential

2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or similar role (B2B/Tech/SaaS preferred)
Strong communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written)
Good understanding of Thailand’s business landscape
Comfortable with marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute end-to-end events (roundtables, trade shows, corporate events)

2. Manage event logistics including venue, vendors, and on-site experience

3. Work closely with Sales/Ops to track and follow up on event leads (CRM)

4. Source and manage local agencies/vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency

5. Build relationships with industry associations and explore sponsorship opportunities

6. Create and manage bilingual (Thai & English) content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, LINE)

7. Localize global marketing materials for the Thai market

8. Engage with online communities and industry stakeholders
