Job description

A versatile Event Coordinator to join our team, responsible for liaising with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ascertain event requirements. Your role involves conducting site visits and guiding pre-event discussions to inform event design decisions, as well as overseeing all logistical aspects of events, from contract negotiations to venue preparation and marketing materials. You will also be tasked with ensuring seamless client experiences from inception to post-event, overseeing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, and maintaining a consistently high level of service throughout all phases.

Experience Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in event management or a related discipline
• Proficient with the Event Management System
• Flexibility to travel both domestic.
• 10-12 Years of Experience Event Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Proven success as an event planner or coordinator
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure.
