In his role, he has a clear focus on operational excellence, innovation, expansion and profitability. In his initial years, Snehashish established the services delivery model at Denave. He also spearheaded the creation of a remote services model to overcome geographical boundaries and led the company's foray into global markets. Under his leadership, the company is poised to touch every part of the globe in the next 5 years. Prior to laying the foundation of Denave in 1999, Snehashish has worked with multi nationals like Wipro and Microsoft where he gathered a wealth of business and technology experience. He has handled sales and marketing responsibilities in these companies in multiple capacities.

Debabrata Majumdar

Director & Co-Founder

Backed by an experience of over 30 years, Debabrata is the Co-Founder and Director at Denave. Prior to this, he was overseeing Denave’s business strategies and staff operations. He has extensive experience in business development, customer services management and sales and marketing. A key member of the company’s strategy team, Deb brings a wealth of expertise and insight to build the future roadmap of Denave. Prior to his association with Denave, he held a senior position at Tata Unisys. Deb was incidentally amongst the first employees to spearhead Microsoft’s operations in India. At Microsoft, he held multiple roles during his tenure including initiatives in channel management, SME management and product support services.

R Narayan

Director & Co-Founder

R Narayan is the Director & Co-Founder of Denave. He is the part of the strategic team that sets the overall direction for the business and focuses on the scalability and growth of the business. He spearheaded Denave’s growth over the first 13 years of the company’s establishment as the CEO of the company. Given his entrepreneurial foresight, he then ventured to lay the foundation and lead Power2SME, the first Buying Club for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India. Currently he is the CEO of Power2SME. Narayan is currently associated with FICCI as the Vice President of FICCI- CMSME (Confederation of MSMEs), an affiliated body under the umbrella of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), an apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India.

R Tangirala

Promoter & Managing Director of UDS Founded in 1985 – one of India’s largest professionally managed Facility Management Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the service industry as an entrepreneur.

C R Saravanan

Enterprising professional with 25+ years of rich experience and leveraging on the proven success in impacting organization profitability through Administration, Facility Management, Operational Excellence. CR Saravanan is the Director Business Operations in UDS. In this role he has executive responsibility of managing the profitability, growth and plays a key role in the strategic decisions for UDS. He also serves as nominee director on the boards of other UDS group companies. Prior to joining UDS, Mr. CR Saravanan has worked with CBRE, Fidelity Business Services and AstraZeneca India. In these roles he had managed key functional areas including building IT space, Real estate, IFM services, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Safety.

P C Balasubramanian

P C Balasubramanian is one of the founding members of Matrix Business Services India P Ltd, India’s leading integrated business assurance company. He is the Managing Director of the company. He is an Institution builder and totally believes that it is the people who build an organisation. His strength lies in building business, creating customer delight, creating a good corporate culture, and empowered human resources and creating an exciting atmosphere for people to enjoy their work and contribute to achieving the objective of the company. An avid lover of books, films, and cricket, he is also an ardent admirer of Brand Rajinikanth. He is also an author and speaker and has authored so far two books including two management books on Rajinikanth. Bala is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
