After establishing a base in India, Singapore and London, the Malaysia operation was a logical extension of our presence to tap the market potential in the APAC region. The vision is to convert the Malaysia operations into a Partner Management Center of Excellence and build cloud selling as a core expertise in this entity. With specialized methodologies being developed, the focus is on establishing Denave Malaysia as a SMB penetration strategy execution leader in the region. The KL Delivery Center has enabled us in strengthening our telesales services and making it a front-runner in the sales enablement industry.

Dharma Gunaseelan

Country Director

With an experience of over 20 years in the telesales industry, Dharma is the Country Director of Denave’s Malaysia operations. He is a strategic contributor in business planning, setting the future roadmap of Denave Malaysia and to build strength and capabilities as per business requirement.

Dharma’s past stints have been with established companies such as Juniper Networks, ServiceSource, HP Software, TeleDirect, Cisco Systems etc., gaining a wide array of experience in sales management, stakeholder management, strategy planning, account management, revenue generation and judicious utilization of resources.

Sunil Munshi

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

With a diverse experience of over 29 years, Sunil’s career has been focused on driving transformational change and delivering sales enablement solutions spanning across 5 continents, 23 countries and 500+ cities globally and driving revenues for the largest conglomerates in the world.
As the CEO-APAC, Sunil is responsible for spearheading the rapid transformation of the firm. Sunil has employed a broad range of strategies to grow the APAC market, which now forms 80% of Denave’s total revenue. He has played an instrumental role in establishing horizontal growth of sales enablement services cutting across complex industries.
Under his leadership, Denave’s revenue grew exponentially from marquee clients spanning across sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT hardware, Digital wallets, ecommerce, FMCG, and more.
Prior to joining Denave, Sunil held various leadership positions in leading organizations in Office Automation, Telecom, Software, and BPO space. In his past roles, he focused on sales operations, strategic initiatives and exploring new market opportunities. An industry veteran, Sunil has won numerous accolades for his contribution to the industry and has been featured in leading business dailies.

Boba Sharma

Global Key Accounts Director & Business Head - APAC

Backed with over 18+ years of experience, Boba heads the Compliance and Renewals business at Denave. In this profile, he also plays a significant role in managing accounts for key clients across India and APAC. He also focuses upon driving remote sales business across multiple geos and clients. His extensive experience comprises of his stints in various capacities across functions like client servicing, operations, contact center solutions and telesales along with business development.

Prior to joining Denave, Boba had been associated with industry names like Daksh, Ebookers/Intelenet and Flipkart in various profiles. Boba is also a sports enthusiast and an avid follower of football and F1 and loves to play games in his free time.

Anit Nayal

AVP Operations & Sales Enablement

Anit has experience with successfully managing all aspects of big accounts in sales, technical, non-technical, semi-technical, and back end, including management and automated tools. He has more than 16 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on key projects designing the layout, processes, and procedures for effective service delivery. He has proven leadership skills and motivates his teams by reducing the stress load and effective time management, ensuring processes are implemented in a time-bound and professional manner. In his current capacity at Denave, he aims to provide guidance and direction, facilitate planning, motivate and inspire employees, and help evaluate and control performance, ultimately delivering a WOW factor to the stakeholders.
