The vision is to convert the Malaysia operations into a Partner Management Center of Excellence and build cloud selling as a core expertise in this entity. With specialized methodologies being developed, the focus is on establishing Denave Malaysia as a SMB penetration strategy execution leader in the region. The KL Delivery Center has enabled us in strengthening our telesales services and making it a front-runner in the sales enablement industry.
With an experience of over 20 years in the telesales industry, Dharma is the Country Director of Denave’s Malaysia operations. He is a strategic contributor in business planning, setting the future roadmap of Denave Malaysia and to build strength and capabilities as per business requirement.
Dharma’s past stints have been with established companies such as Juniper Networks, ServiceSource, HP Software, TeleDirect, Cisco Systems etc., gaining a wide array of experience in sales management, stakeholder management, strategy planning, account management, revenue generation and judicious utilization of resources.
Backed by a dynamic career span of over 27 years, Sunil is the CEO of Denave’s India and APAC operations. As a part of the leadership team, Sunil is focused on year-on-year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives. He has functional expertise in handling the business operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, strategic planning and implementation.
Sunil has played a pivotal role in Denave’s Customer acquisition focus and has been instrumental in opening new industry doors for the company by getting in marquee customers. He has been equally involved in stabilizing delivery to clients.
Given his expertise, he is actively involved in conducting market research & proposing consumer insight and has vast exposure in handling Direct, Channel, Corporate & Enterprise and Retail Sales Operations. Sunil’s past experience includes various leadership positions held in leading organizations in Office Automation, Telecom, Software and BPO space. In his past roles, Sunil was focused on Sales Operations, Strategic initiatives and exploring new market opportunities.
