With an experience of over 20 years in the telesales industry, Dharma is the Country Director of Denave’s Malaysian operations. His prime charter at Denave is to oversee the Malaysia Delivery Centre operations, contribute in strategic planning, align the team with the future roadmap, and build the strengths and capabilities as per business requirement. Dharma is a consummate professional with excellent planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills, as well as the ability to build and lead effective sales teams.
Dharma’s past stints have been with industry-leading companies such as Juniper Networks, ServiceSource, HP Software, TeleDirect, Cisco Systems etc., where he has handled multi-faceted roles encompassing sales management, client relationship management, strategy planning, account management, team management, revenue generation and judicious utilization of resources. In his past roles, he has driven end-to-end selling processes, developed and managed key stakeholder relationships, focused on positive client experience by ensuring adherence to service quality norms and providing effective leadership to the team.
With a rich work experience spanning 20 years across MNCs and Local conglomerates, Chin is an industry veteran in the domain of IT solution selling for Enterprise and Corporate environment. In the capacity of Senior Program Manager, his prime charter is to lead the sales team to achieve service excellence while ensuring a great customer experience.
Being an avid consultative solution seller, Chin has a strong track record in scaling up sales performance and helping sales teams to undergo a positive transformation. As a versatile professional, Chin is an expert in managing cross-group communications.
Fondly called as Kali, being the Business Development Lead at Denave, Kalithasan is an outgoing and energetic young professional whose prime charter is to expand the market share of Denave Malaysia by expanding organization’s mindshare in the global industry landscape. His role also includes focusing upon increasing the investment and revenue generation targets from assigned foreign and local business portfolios (i.e. investors and channels).
Kali plays an active role in account and market strategy development, designing and overseeing marketing campaigns while also implementing lead generation projects and pursuing business opportunities. He also ensures that all the business development activities are in alignment with Denave’s growth plans for Malaysia and the region.
Backed with an extensive experience of 16 years in Sales Operations, Abinesh brings to the table vast industry knowledge in the sales domain. In the capacity of Program Manager, Abinesh looks after the Regional Inside Partner team for 10 countries in the region. In this role, his key focus includes strategic expansion of the Business Development team.
He has been instrumental in ensuring a culture of great customer experience while ensuring a thrust for incremental revenue. Being a versatile professional, Abinesh also manages cross-functional team engagement in order to align customer’s requirement with Denave’s value propositions.
