Experience Essential
- Educational Qualification :Minimum Diploma holder or higher
- Language Expertise :Native Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Total Experience :Minimum 6 months – 1 year of customers service experience
- Native Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Male/Female, minimum 21 years old and above
- Minimum Diploma holder or higher
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of customers service experience
- Able to work in shift hours
- Listening to the customers' needs and updating accordingly in CRM
- Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate fluently over the phone
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with existing partners
