Value Added Staffing Services is an end-to-end retailing solutions service from Denave. We help customers to roll out their entire retailing strategy from identifying appropriate store locations, product display, identify partners, recruit executives, train and monitor them. We work like an extended arm of the organization and help to run the retail operations in a seamless manner.
 
Merchandising
Denave offers clients both contemporary and traditional merchandising services that helps them improve brand visibility across regions, including in tier 3 and tier 4 cities, while providing real time feedback on competition in the market.

In Contemporary Merchandising, Denave deploys point of promotions or POP, offer insights on competition brand visibility with POP items at stores and help plan the POP production quantity for clients over a period of time. We use technology tools to provide real time access on store location using Google Maps, while updating daily on resource productivity at the last mile.

Denaves Traditional Merchandising offers clients the fastest reach across India by identifying stores in 7 to 9 days; and deliver efficiently the POPs directly to stores in the remotest locations by using technology. We provide proof of execution and deployment with photographs within 24 to 48 hours and update on brand visibility of competition at the stores in real time.
 
ISD / FOS/ Retail
Enhancement Offering
Denave offers ISD/FOS/ Retail Enhancement services to clients in both traditional and contemporary models.

We recruit and deploy these resources across India based on identified skill sets, while building a fast track mechanism to ensure smooth transition of resources in line with the desired objectives.

Denaves technology assisted services ensures that the ISD and FOS is contacted daily to track the attendance of resources, daily sales and the stock available at the stores as per the stock keeping units. We offer real time status of sales, stocks and attendance of ISDs at the stores.

We keep track of competition sales, visibility of brands and other vital information on a constant basis. Based on the resource performance and productivity, we evaluate their effectiveness and advise clients to the business potential in stores. Denave provides product and soft skills training to ISDs to ensure better performance for the customers products in the stores.

Denave follows all statutory compliances and every ISD/FOS or other resource is provided with salary bank account. Denave offers a very cost effective model that is critical for clients.
