Quality is more than just a goal for us at Denave, it
is a mission. We are focused on delivering services that
meet the highest standards of quality; services that should
delight our customers as much as they exhilarate our customers'
customers. And we have set up an independent division to help us achieve our mission.
Set up in January 2005, the
team at Quality Assurance division has grown rapidly
to be a 15-member strong team.
Quality Assurance' mission
statement is to infuse and imbibe highest standards
of quality into every single activity or initiative
that we undertake at Denave. QA is our Quality Inspector:
every initiative goes through a rigorous scrub by QA
before they are cleared for roll out. QA also helps
us maintain uniformity in our approach towards large
and complicated initiatives, that are spread across
a wide range of objectives and geography. QA works on
removing the complexity from each initiative. For example,
it simplifies a service roll-out plan so that the delivery
team understands it completely. It also monitors closely
the effectiveness and relevance of the execution vis-à-vis
the objective of the initiative.
