Made up of seasoned professionals committed to run best-in-class operations in a globalized environment, the company's leadership team has a cumulative experience of over 100 man years in some of the most successful business organizations across the globe, including Oracle, Microsoft, Wipro and Tata Unisys. R. Narayan  

R. Narayan, Co-Founder & Group CEO

Narayan has been a part of the IT industry for more than 18 years, having worked with many globally-successful organizations such as Oracle, Microsoft and Tata Unisys. A qualified Cost Accountant, he brings on board substantial general management and sales & marketing experience. He also has comprehensive exposure to the business development in the IT industry, both at strategy formulation as well as implementation level. As the Group CEO of Denave, Narayan is responsible for fueling the growth engines of the company by providing them with strategic business opportunities. Narayan is a member of the Denave Strategy Team. He is also responsible for overall group's revenue goals.

     
Debabrata Mjumdar  

Debabrata Majumdar, Co-Founder & Director (Corporate Strategy)

Deb comes with over 25 years of experience in companies including Tata Unisys and Microsoft. A Science graduate from Delhi University, he was among the first employees to spearhead Microsoft's entry in India in 1992. Throughout his career Deb has handled wide ranging responsibilities related to business development, customer services management and sales and marketing. Deb is a key member of the Denave strategy team.

     
Snehashish Bhattacharjee  

Snehashish Bhattacharjee, Co-Founder & COO

Snehashish brings over 15 years of experience in Information Technology industry in companies like Wipro and Microsoft. He has a Masters in Computer Applications and has handled sales and marketing responsibilities in multiple capacities in all of his previous assignments. He has also been directly involved in strategy formulation and implementation. At Denave, Snehashish carries the mandate of managing overall operations, project implementations and ensuring delivery for all group services.

   
Anubrata Banerjee  
Anubrata Banerjee, Sr. Vice President

Anubrata has over 13 years experience in propelling start-up ventures through high-growth cycles. A result-driven professional, Anubrata has built a reputation for delivering profits even in highly competitive markets. His experience comes from some of the thriving Indian organizations like GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, Mudra DDB Needham, FCS Computer Systems (PlanetOne Group) and Modi Business Machines. Prior to joining Denave, Anubrata as the Country Manager helped set up the South Asia operations of FCS Computers Systems in India and successfully positioned the company as a leader in its domain. At Denave, Anubrata carries the mandate of spearheading WorkForce Strategies and positioning it as a preferred partner in the people outsourcing business across verticals and geographies.
   
Ritu Rastogi  
Ritu Rastogi, Business Head - Technology Strategies

Ritu has been in the IT industry for more than 7 years. She has worked with leading IT multinationals in diverse roles: from marketing and program management to sales consultancy. Ritu is an Economics graduate and holds extensive experience in IT channels as well as retail space. At Denave she carries the mandate of positioning Technology Strategies as a client's preferred technology partner.
   
Manoj Bhanu  
Manoj Bhanu, AVP- New Initiatives

During his seven years in the IT industry, Manoj has always been a strong proponent of setting processes and has drawn best practices for the marketing of IT services. In his earlier avatar he has been the head of sales and marketing division of a fast growing company. Manoj joined Denave in the capacity of a Channel Manager, moving up soon as a Program Manager handling complex programs on channel marketing and establishing channel frameworks. His focus on service quality and penchant for details soon saw him take over the mantle of establishing the QA Division and setting up the QA engine impacting service deliveries through standards, measurements and quality control across Denave. Manoj, in his present role as AVP – NI, carries the mandate of conceptualizing and evolving strategies to create new service offerings, service verticals and engines helping Denave consolidate and broad-base in its next phase of growth.

   
Rajarshi Biswas  
Rajarshi Biswas, Manager - Human Resources

Rajarshi brings with him six years of rich experience in Human Resources & Quality Management, in telecom, ITES and knowledge industries. He has worked with large corporate houses including Dalmia, Phoenix and Usha Group. Rajarshi's mandate is to strive towards making Denave a "Work Place of Choice" using his in-depth understanding of cutting-edge HR tools, to continuously enhance workforce competence , commitment and motivation among employees.
   
Puneet Jindal  

Puneet Jindal, Manager - Training

Puneet is one of the leading Trainers in India, who, in last seven years, has trained over 10,000 Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Forces. He has successfully facilitated a variety of training programs on Leadership, Synergy, Sales Excellence, Motivation, Positive Mental Attitude, Innovation, etc. for more than 50 clients such as Microsoft, Intel, Tata Steel, LG, Lord Krishna Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc. At Denave, Puneet carries the mandate of creating a training organisation, continuously improving the performance of Denavites through need identification, delivery and measurement, as also for external clients.

   
  Jay Kyal , Head - Retail Initiatives

Jay brings with him a strong and rich experience of over Seven years in the field of Marketing. At Denave, Jay was responsible for the structuring the Retail network for Intel. He has done an incredible job in ensuring that we quickly move from Reactive management to a well structured and a process oriented program. He utilized all his acumen to put in place a robust “Information Capturing System” to track roadblocks and “Critical to Success factors” influencing the project. As a Head of Retail Initiatives, Jay is responsible for the success of the present retail initiatives, as well as build a structured retail service offering for the IT & non-IT industry, cutting across Geographies.
